Legal Advisor

Mr. N. Shanmugamsundaram

B.Com, B.L. • Practicing Lawyer

Mr. Shanmugamsundaram is a practicing lawyer with over 25 years of legal experience, including practice before the Hon’ble High Court of Madras, together with more than 15 years of corporate-sector experience.

His expertise includes drafting and reviewing corporate and commercial contracts relating to acquisitions, divestitures, confidentiality, software development, software licensing, software distribution and data protection. He also advises on property title due diligence, legal opinions, legal notices, agreement negotiations and arbitration proceedings.

He has appeared before the High Court, City Civil Court, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Rent Control Court, Labour Court, Debt Recovery Tribunal and Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, and has handled numerous civil suits and other legal matters across multiple forums.

Mr. U. R. Srikaanth

Chartered Accountant • 23+ Years’ Experience

Mr. U. R. Srikaanth is a Chartered Accountant with more than 23 years of comprehensive experience across accounting, audit, taxation, compliance, financial planning and Management Information Systems. He holds a Certificate of Practice from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He has strong expertise in establishing accounting processes and internal control systems, and in supporting financial compliance for diverse organizations, including businesses in the retail automotive sector with group turnover of approximately USD 40 million.

His earlier roles include Standard Chartered Bank, where he served as a Senior Financial Analyst responsible for revenue reporting and dashboard automation, and Quintegra Solutions, where he managed financial and management accounting across India, the United States and Singapore.

Dr. K. Madhavan

Managing Partner & Chief Advisor

Dr. K.Madhavan provides strategic advisory across Risk Management, Insurance, Cyber Risk, Legal Risk, Business Resilience and Enterprise Risk Governance, helping organizations strengthen resilience, enhance governance and make informed business decisions.

He holds an MBA and a Doctorate in Cyber Risk Management and is a Chartered Risk Analyst (CRA) – GAFM (USA), Certified Insurance Manager – IMS (UK), and Certified Cyber Insurance Specialist – Cyber Insurance Academy (UK), accredited by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), UK. His executive education includes Strategic Management from The Wharton School and the Executive Leadership Programme from Said Business School, University of Oxford.

He is committed to building RYSKMEN as a trusted independent advisory firm, delivering integrated, practical and client-centric solutions across risk, insurance, cyber, legal and business advisory.

Mrs. V. Vidhyalakshmi

Senior Partner-Finance & Accounts

Mrs. Vidhyalakshmi, a Master of Commerce, brings two decades of experience in financial management, accounting and taxation. She has extensive capability in managing finance functions, supporting regulatory compliance and improving financial processes for greater operational efficiency.

Her areas of expertise include income tax, TDS, GST and auditing across multiple industries, making her a versatile finance and compliance professional.

Mr. M. Anand

Senior Partner – Growth & Strategy

Mr. M. Anand is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience across communication, infrastructure, logistics, real estate and construction. Known for strategic vision and a strong commitment to quality, he established Unikorp Inc. in 2007 and later launched AKV Homes in 2012.

He brings a hands-on, growth-oriented approach to business, with leadership focused on innovation, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
